President M7 & President Bobi Wine are to be in Kawempe tomorrow. QN. Will this be possible?

The head of the state, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will On Thursday, 2nd November 2023, commission two factories; at 10 am, he will commission Kike Fruit Factory at Kakoge in Luweero District. Then, at 

1:00 pm, he will tour and commission Harris International Factory in Kawempe-Ttula, Kampala.

On the same day, The National Unity Platform (NUP) party will officially commission its headquarters located in Makerere Kavule, in Kawempe Division. 

The distance from the NUP headquarters to Haris International, commonly known as Riham is about 3 miles. According to security, this is a threat to the head of state and they can't allow the NUP event to take place. 

A few years ago, a life was lost in Arua When Bobi Wine attempted to hold a political rally in the nearby location with President Museveni.

His driver, Yasin Kawuma was shot dead by President M7's security for allegedly attempting to block President M7's Convoy.
