Father defiles his 2 twin daughters over wealth.

The Police in Kamuli district have arrested a father identified as Kadumbula Ali on allegations of defiling his twin daughters aged 12 years. According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga the accused defiled the young girls for 3 months with an aim of getting wealth.

“he was doing this since the month of September upto November on the advice of a traditional healer. So repeatedly defiled his twin daughters from their home in Kawolera zone, Ndalike parish, Namwenda subcounty in Kamuli district.” Said Enanga

“He is being processed on two counts of aggrevated defilement and two counts of incest.” He added

In the same vain, the police in West Nile sub-region are investigating an incident under which a 14 year old pupil of Lichi village, Doreya Jackiline was murdered and her body dumped at river Nzere by unknown person.

According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga, the victim was heading to the market at the time when she was lured away by the unknown perpetrator.

“the victim had left their home at around 8am taking potatoes in a yellow suck to the market, we recovered the yellow suck of potatoes along side the road to Yaziya market and a pink sandal which belonged to the victim.” Said Enanga

Preliminary investigations also indicate that the victim could have been lured away from the road up to the river bank where she could have been sexually assaulted and strangled to death by the perpetrator.

It’s upon this context that Enanga urged parents to keep close eyes on their children during this long holiday to avoid such incidents.

“these are incidents involving school children actually in this period and we continue to remind parents that these are our children, we really need to create time for them.” He revealed
