The CEO Keddi Foundation, Mr. Keddi Steven surprisingly spent his Christmas day with the needy and disadvantaged feeding and caring for them in Mbale City.
On 25th December 2023; Hon Keddi Steven Zuluba with the entire Keddi Foundation team spent the whole day at St Kozito Babies home located in Mbale City feeding and taking care of the disadvantaged babies and adults.
St KIZITO BABIES’ HOME is a gazetted area that was set aside to cater for the needy children and orphans that were either abandoned by their parents or lost their parents at a tender age.
It was joy as The entire Keddi foundation team visited the Home, offered them food and other basic and scholastic needs.
Among the requirements provided included pampers,pens,toilets papers,gaming materials, among others.
While speaking to the press, Mr Keddi said that every Child deserves a parent.
"No child comes into the world by mistake no matter the situation he or she comes in, it’s always by God’s calling! In our visit as Keddi Foundation to St. Kizito Babies Home Mbale, Gangama, we discovered that many babies are judged at birth as babies of sin or mistake and are dumped by their parents. These are the very babies that turn out to be very influential and developmental people in future just like in the Bible , “The rejected stone by the builder became the standing stone”- said Keddi.
Keddi further tasked country men and women to stop discrimination and always support the Home.
"with this mindset we need to change the narrative and let them know that every child deserves a parent!" - Keddi.
