Security Operatives Intercepted Attempting to Search Hon. Mary Gorretti Kitutu's Residence in Kampala.

Yesterday evening, security and police operatives were intercepted as they tried to enter the residential premises of Hon. Mary Gorretti Kitutu in Kampala. They claimed to be conducting a search at the request of the Inspector General of Government (IGG) to gather more information regarding allegedly misappropriated funds meant for the people of Karamoja.

However, Hon. Kitutu contends that she is being targeted by unidentified adversaries, utilizing state agencies, despite her ongoing legal battle over the same issue in court.
