The Directorate of Traffic & Road Safety have warned all motor vehicles that are carrying passengers without PSV licences during this festive season, to stop with immediate effect.
“In line with the above, the Directorate has intensified the operations on the same. More than 10 drones, 10 school costas and 2 school buses have been impounded & Drivers arrested.” Said the traffic spokesperson Kananura
Kananura also stressed that they will continue with their operations against reckless drivers, in a bid to secure the festive seasons.
He further called upon members of the general public to continue reporting all traffic violations to their directorate on 0800199099 including the social media platforms.
