Pastor Bugingo's bodyguard: SFC says he was their man, PR. Bugingo says he was old member of the church.

Maj. Gen. Jimmy Omara, the  spokesperson for the SFC, confirmed the death of their man, Colonel Richard Muhumuza, who was Pastor Bujingo's bodyguard.

In his statement, Maj. Gen. jimmy said Colonel Richard died on duty for only about nine months when he was sent to guard Pastor Bujingo.

He further noted that the SFC investigation unit is in collaboration with other security agencies to launch an investigation into the attack.

It should be noted that Colonel Richard Muhumuza was gunned down on the 2nd of January 2024 as he was escorting his boss, PR. Bugingo on their way home. 

According to police reports, the Gunmen had planned to assassinate the PR. But lucky enough he survived the shootings.
