IUIU Alumni Association To Have Expo At its 5th Alumni Dinner.

 

Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) Alumni Expo & Dinner 2024, will take place on the 9th-10th of February 2024 in Mbale City with a theme, :- "Connecting for Success".

According to event organizers, this year's dynamic two-day event will involve showcasing alumni achievements and innovations.

Exhibitor will be able to showcase their achievements at Cricket Grounds, in Northern Division City.

This will be an Opportunity for showcasing alumni entrepreneurship and giving a podium to local businesses to showcase their products and services to local & international audiences . 

The dinner slated for the evening of the 10th Feb 2024 will also see a celebration gathering of over 400 alumni of iuiu from around the globe —networking, charity fundraising, dinning & lots of catching up on old times . 

The event is a spectacular event reconnecting old friends to share memories 
and celebrate success of their esteemed alumin community. 

There are pre expo/dinner activities including : local tours , Mbale city cleaning , mentorship workshops & medical camp . 

IUIU was established on 10th February, 1988 by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation in collaboration with Government of Uganda to provide quality education to English speaking countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. 

In 1990 , the Parliament of Uganda enacted the Islamic University in Uganda Act formally establishing the university in Uganda.
