ONC'S Boss Hajjat Namyalo Extends Aid to Rain-Affected Community in Mbale City.


In a heartening display of compassion and swift action, the office of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) chairman rallied to aid the distressed community of Bukasakya Sub Division in Mbale City. Devastated by heavy rains that rendered over 197 individuals homeless, the community is currently staying in camps which has caused the outbreak of COVID 19.

Two weeks have elapsed since the calamitous downpour wreaked havoc on their homes, yet the plight of these resilient individuals persists, underscoring the urgent need for sustained government intervention. Despite the passage of time, the wounds inflicted by nature's wrath remain fresh, echoing the resilience and fortitude of the affected populace.


Hajjat Hadijah Uzieye Namyalo, entrusted with the responsibility by President Museveni as the steward of the NRM chairman's office, emerged as the only hope and home for the homeless due to its quick response towards national issues. Recognized for her swiftness and pro people and non segregative commitment to serving the people, she orchestrated the delivery of essential food items to assuage the immediate needs of the distressed community.
