SIRONKO: New Details Emerge On Newly Appointed As RDCs As Minister Babalanda Is Summoned To Recall The List.

New information has come to light about contradicting reports going around on social media concerning the two newly appointed assistant RDCs for Sironko, Joshua Nabutewa and Allan Wonambwa.

Sources at the Sironko district headquarters have revealed that Joshua Nabutewa is a registered parish chief since 2022 and therefore a public servant while Allan Wonambwa is one of those ardent NRM mobilizers in the district. The known PAs crossed sides and started openly attacking her on social media and on public functions. Ofcourse, the one funding their activities is well known. 

Until just about one month ago, the publicly known PA to Hon Nambozo was a one Balayo Dison deputised by Clyan Gimei who were bought off by the rival camp and shifted gears immediately.

Several persons in Sironko and Bugisu sub-region Whatsapp groups have witnessed the pair openly sneer and ridicule at the newly appointed minister in order to please their new boss. The rival camp that adopted the pair is led by Asha Mafabi Lumolo who is the biological daughter to the Sironko district NRM chairman, Hajji Mafabi Lumolo. 

Lumolo fronted his biological daughter for the Woman MP seat in the last elections in 2021 and refused to step aside as the NRM chairperson for the district despite strict party guidelines alluding to his conflict of interest.

Obviously, he awarded his daughter the NRM flag bearer position but the people

of Sironko made their loud choice in the final election as they re-elected and sent Hon Nambozo back to Kampala to represent them as their MP for a second term.

The Bagisu have been wondering whether the Sironko district NRM Chairman

and his pair of social media fighters have any respect for His Excellency the President who recently appointed the minister. That is what's prevailing here in Sironko.
