ED Kisaka-"The Huge Downpour Of Rain During The Celebration Of President M7's Achievements In Kololo Was A Sign Of Blessings"

"BEWARE THE BLESSING OF THE RAIN"-ED KISAKA

On Friday, 5th July, hundreds of thousands gathered at Kololo to celebrate the exceptional contributions of His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Her Excellency First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni.

The event was hosted at Kololo Independence grounds & was organized by the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Secretariat.

No sooner had the president and his wife had hit the grounds, than it started raining heavily.

The president and the first lady opted to move under rain to the VVIP tents as there was no sign that the rain was about to stop.

The scenario brought mixed reactions on social media after the circulation of video clips and photos.

We spoke to the Executive Director, Kampala City Authority, who told our reporter Hellen Neboshi that this accident was a sign of a blessing.

"What struck me most was the unexpected downpour of rain as the President and Maama Janet arrived at Kololo"- ED Kisaka.

ED Kisaka further noted that this was a miracle since this month is always sunny.

"Our president and his wife, the first lady walked through a torrent of rain in July, a month where there should be no rain. They walked undeterred and courageous, hand in hand as if walking into the blessing"- ED Kisaka.

Kisaka noted that this reminded her of a biblical event when the rain came down to end a famine.

"As Jesus emerged from the water after his baptism, the heavens opened, and a dove descended, symbolizing God's approval, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased" (Matthew 3:17) -ED KISAKA Quoted the bible.

It should be noted that on several occasions, there has been rain interrupting president M7'S event, though not heavily like the previous one which happened on Friday.

"On Friday, it felt as though God was affirming Museveni and his leadership. The powerful image speaks volumes, like there is  definitely divine favour, which even heaven is smiling upon"- ED Kisaka as she concluded
