Husband kills man after finding him having sex with his wife in their marital bed

 

Police in Mubende are hunting for a man who allegedly killed another after finding him having sex with his wife in their marital home.

According to the Wamala region police spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Racheal Kawala, the incident happened on Saturday at around 9pm when Ignitious Nyansiyo, aka Muhwezi, a resident of Ngowa  Lc1 Katente Parish Kiyuni subcounty Mubende district  was found having a love affair with the wife of Mutatina Khalisiti.

 “The suspect, Khalisiti is a distant lumber working in Kagadi district where he spends most of the time but left his wife at Ngowa Lc1. It is alleged Nyansiyo (deceased) had  been having extra marital affair with the wife of  the suspect. During the night of  Saturday , at about 9pm ,the suspect returned  home and  found the Nyansiyo in bed with his wife and he allegedly  stabbed him to death using a knife,” Kawala said.

 According to police, after stabbing Nyansiyo , the suspect and the wife fled the scene and by the time police was informed to come to the scene, the former was found dead in Khalisiti’s bed.

“His body has been taken to Mubende regional referral hospital for postmortem . Efforts are on to have the suspect arrested and brought to book,” Kawala said.
