The opposition bigwigs in Bugisu sub-region are in high gears of preparing the Bugisu Youth Symposium, few days after the one of president M7 being postponed.
The opposition Youth Symposium heads include:- Fdc's genera Secretary, Hon. Nathan Nandala Mafabi, NUP's John Baptist Nambeshe & prominent lawyer & politician, Paul Wanyoto Mugoya.

The highly anticipated Bugisu Youth Symposium organised by NRM Office of the National Chairperson which was initially scheduled for September 12, 2024, was postponed, leaving many youths in Bugisu disappointed.
The event, organized by the Office of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) National Chairperson (ONC), was set to feature a key engagement with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on issues of youth empowerment and wealth creation.
Yesterday, it was confirmed that president M7 would not attend the event as earlier communicated.
According to the ONC boss, Hajjati Hadijah Namyalo, the president was to be engaged in other official duties.
