Ex-NBSTV journalist & former EALA candidate julius Bukyana has graduated in international relations & diplomacy.
Bukyana graduated today 26th October 2024 from Nkumba university.

Bukyana stood firm in analyzing EAC issues during his campaigns a signal that he knew international relations better than other candidates.
Whils speaking to our reporter, Bukyana noted that he still has his ambitions for the EALA seat
"with this great achievement. EAC like never before needs to have a bukyana in its legislative parliament"- Bukyana.
He further said "Ugandas diplomatic missions are headed by political appointments. For us to achieve the diplomatic objectives, Uganda needs to deploy career diplomats. This is way to uphold Uganda’s sovereignty in diplomacy and global relations"
Bukyana worked at Record Television before moving to NBSTV, he is currently at Victoria University in the communication and public relations department.
