Today 30th October 2024, The Residence District Commissioner (RDC) faheera Mpalanyi Bosa, has takes over office from former RDC, Bayole Stanley, the Busoga Inebantu's father, who was transferred to Fort portal As a city resident commissioner.
The handover ceremony took place today, 30th October 2024, at Bulambuli District Headquarters, RDC Chambers.
During the handover ceremony, Bayole was given an award for Championing the fight against corruption and good leadership while in Balambuli.

A Week ago, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni promoted & transferred RDC Stanley Bayole from Bulambuli District to Fort-portal City as Resident City Commissioner (RCC). His deputy, Wandera Enocha, was transferred to Kanungu District as Deputy RDC.
This publication understands the changes were necessary to ease tensions in the District brought by the fallout between Bayole and a few area leaders, who are currently battling cases of corruption and embezzlement
of Government Funds.
At the height of these tensions, security intelligence wrote to President Museveni to have his fear that anything bad would happen to him since he was fighting a huge group of "Mafias, who are capable of doing anything hurtful.
Speaking to a few Bulambuli District leaders and politicians, they told this publication that there were leveled allegations against him.
It should be noted that RCC Bayole filed and arrested a number of corrupt District officials, including Health officials on allegations of corruption and others for conniving with land grabbers in the district.
Bayole is the father of Inebantu, Jovia Mutesi, which makes him the father-in-law of Kyabazinga of Busoga Kingdom.

Bayole Stanley arrested Tom Mayeku, a sub-county chief who had taken a bribe of seven (7) million to influence the induction of a public service committee. The case is before the DPP in Mbale High Court.
Dr. Mulongo Ahammed, who constructed a ghost toilet worthy of Millions of shillings, is now on hold on orders of the Bulambuli District chief Administrative officer.
The In-charge of Bukhalu Health Centre 3, who neglected his duties, led to the death of an expectant mother, who died on the veranda of the facility.
It is on record that the facility neglected to attend to the expectant mother.
Another health officer in Muyembe is before the court for also neglecting the duties leading to the death of the newlyborn baby.
Oliver Kayenze was arrested for swindling 30m Emyooga funds, and the case is before the police; 8 m has been recovered from her.
The chairman nrm was also arrested for forging powers of attorney documents to grab land.
According to records in the RDC's office, he was soon arresting the brother of Hon. Gerald Nangoli, who was given over 400m to construct a health center, but the funds were swindled.
Attempting to contact RCC Bayole to make his remarks, he told us that he is currently busy and would soon get back to us to make his submission.
