The Uganda National Bureau Of Statistics (UBOS) has pulled down from its official Website the main Report for the 2024 National population and Housing Census.
This was after receiving several criticism from the public in regards with the contradicting figures released.
It should be noted that the launching of the 2024 Uganda National Population and Housing Census Dissemination Report (NPHC2024), happened on Thursday last week at Serena Hotel in Kampala.
The total population for Uganda as of May 2024, based on the National Population and Housing Census 2024, stands at 45,905,417 persons, with the male population recorded at 21,566,736 while the Female is recorded at 24,338,681 persons.
