"Congratulating the mighty Uganda Cranes on their qualification for AFCON 2025"-Speaker Among

Yesterday morning, the Speaker of parliament, Rt. Hon. Anita Among, attended the Uganda Cranes’ final training session at Namboole. 

She expressed confidence in the team ahead of tomorrow’s game against South Africa, conveying the support, hope, and best wishes of H.E. President Yoweri Museveni and the First Lady, Hon. Janet Museveni. 

Speaker Among also urged Ugandans to pray for the team. Following South Sudan’s victory over Congo Brazzaville, which secured Uganda’s qualification for AFCON 2025, Speaker Among joined millions of Ugandans in celebrating this achievement.

Moses Magogo, and the dedicated fans whose unwavering support has made this possible. This achievement is truly worth celebrating!” she remarked.
