ONC's Namyalo Hosts Mega Historical and Successful Youths Event in Bugisu Amidst Blackmail From Area Minister

On 20th December 2024, the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC) hosted His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni under the auspices of the Bugisu Youths Symposium. This marked the final day of the President's wealth creation tour, and it was a monumental occasion for the youth in the region.

For the first time in 22 years, the youth of Bugisu had the opportunity to engage directly with the President in a rally-style event. Thousands of youths from across the sub-region gathered to listen to Jajja wa Bazzukulu as he addressed critical topics, including mindset change, wealth creation, and the NRM's development agenda.

The overwhelming turnout and enthusiasm demonstrated the youth's eagerness to participate in government programs and support the NRM ideology. The event underscored the power of effective engagement and mobilization, proving that the Bugisu youth are ready to be active partners in shaping Uganda's future.

ONC's Namyalo and her team deserve immense credit for organizing this historic event, which will remain a landmark moment in the region's development journey.

It was a successful event after alot of failed events and rallies in the sub region, people had started seeing the region as a home of opposition but Hajjat Hadijah Uzieye Namyalo made a statement which will last forever. President Museveni donated 10 acres of land to the youths Worthy 6 billion shillings.
