Sports: Hon. Wamono George X-Mass Cup Fixture Out, Kick Off Date21/12/2024

As we draw closer to the festive season, politicians in different parts of the country use sports as a marketing tool. 

Wamono George, who is eying the  bungokho Central Member of Parliament seat in Mbale District in 2026, has organised a football gala in his constituency. 

According  to Wamono, the games are set to kick off on the 21st of December 2024.

1. Nabumali TC vs Nyondo

2. Busano vs. Nyondo

3. Busano vs. Nabumali TC

Group B Lwangoli primary school playground 

1. Busoba vs. Bumbobi

2. Busoba vs. Bungokho

3. Bungokho vs. Bumbobi

Winner Group A vs. Runner up Group B at Nyondo 9am

Winner Group B vs Runners up Group A Nabumali High School 9am on 22/12/2024

BUNGOKHO central select vs MBALE Heroes curtain raiser 2pm 

Finals 4pm 22/12/2024 Nyondo 

Netball Galla all teams to assemble at Nyondo Play ground 9am 22/12/2024.

Speaking to Wamono on a phone call, he told us that the winning team will move away with a bull. 

2nd Winner 400,000/- 

3rd passion 300,000/- 

All participating teams will also have a take-home of 200,000/- each.
