Yesterday, Hon. Capt. Mike Mukula, the National Vice Chairman of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in the Eastern Region, received a prestigious award of excellence from the outgoing Leadership of Uganda national students association for services rendered to students umbrella body during their tenure.
